1- SMS Consent Communication:

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2- Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from Accomoly, you may receive messages related to the following:

Booking reminders

Support follow-up messages

Post check-out inquiries

Example: "Hi Christopher, I hope you are well. This is Accomoly Support, could you please send me the video of the loud buzzer/noise you had sent earlier but via e-mail ? I would appreciate it, thank you. If you would like to stop receiving text messages from ACCOMOLY please reply STOP."

Example: "IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM ACCOMOLY 🚨  Hi! I hope you are well. This is regarding your Airbnb reservation, we've been trying to contact you via Airbnb but no success, please note we are still missing your registration information for registration purposes, please refer and do share them in the Airbnb threat as soon as you can, thank you! If you would like to stop receiving text messages from ACCOMOLY please reply STOP."

Example: "Hi Rodney, This is Accomoly Support, my cleaners mentioned that the keys are not back, could you please let me know if you have checked out? They need to access the unit to get it ready for my next guest. Thank you. If you would like to stop receiving text messages from ACCOMOLY please reply STOP."

3- Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week related to your Booking.

Example: "Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your booking."

4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5- Opt-In Method:

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Accomoly in the following ways.

By submitting an online form

6- Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

7- Help:

If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at https://accomoly.com/contact-us

Additional Options:

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.

Refunding of Service Fees

The guest Name provided at the time of booking MUST match the Name on the Credit Card used at checkout and your Drivers License

The address provided at the time of booking under Billing Information MUST match the Address on your Drivers License

Failure to comply provides us the right to withold any services fees in the event we have authorized a refund on your reservation
